“Everything has to do with wealth, not just your money,” says Meghann Conter, CEO and Founder of The Dames and business woman extraordinaire. Meghann started the Dames after more than seven years of fruitless networking. She realized she was wasting time - and she wanted to facilitate a safe community for women to learn from each other and grow as people and entrepreneurs. Now, the Dames has more than 400 members internationally, and is on target to double that number in 2021. But for Meghann, it wasn’t always an easy journey. Her work in the Dames requires her to continually do personal work -- and that’s part of what she loves about it.
